As a public school superintendent, I manage a multimillion-dollar budget and a very large and varied staff. My 26 years as an administrator has provided me with a myriad of experiences enhancing workplace environments as well as intervening with workplace challenges.
I recently wrote and published a book, "No Need to Apply" - 7 Easy Steps to Land Your Dream Job Without Applying. This book overs a unique step by step approach to getting the dream job you have always wanted. I would love to share my ideas to help students land their first job out of high school or college or even parents that are ready for a new career field.
