I will have a talk with you ( 30 minutes or so ) and discuss your fitness goals and what are you doing to reach them.
Once I hear you out I will let you know what is stopping you from achieving these goals and what you're doing wrong!
Im a personal Fitness Trainer who takes the no BS approach, I will tell you how it is and what it will take to get where you want to be from where you are.
hopefully after our consultation you will have things in perspective and will be on the right path to success .

A certified personal trainer - Worked in multiple gyms with groups and individuals .
Seen the good and the bad in training - will try to only give you the good, but the bad is what we learn from !
Availability & Preferences
On week days - flexible hours but would love to schedule beforehand.
