We will spend 4 sessions building your mental fitness to quieten your judge and bring our your inner sage/leader. We will begin our sessions with a positive intelligence (PQ) assessment to identify your saboteurs. We will then work on uncovering what brings them to the forefront and build your PQ muscle to quieten them.
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified life and leadership coach, working towards my accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.
