Shikha is considerate, authentic, and incredibly supportive. From our interactions, I could sense her genuine interest in my well-being and her deep c...ommitment to ethical coaching practices. I know she has to be an amazing coach to work with. While we weren't able to work together due to her concerns about her experience level with neurodivergent types, I deeply appreciate her transparency and integrity. She prioritized my best interests, and I respect her decision to recommend that I seek out a coach more specialized in ADHD.
