Good health and weight management aren't the result of eating salad 3 times a day, or exercising endlessly at the gym. Besides, if you actually had time for all that you wouldn't be reading this description right now.

I have a God given gift for listening to and understanding and affirming others combined with a passion for good healthy food.

I can help you discover time saving kitchen habits, healthy foods that you'll actually enjoy, and break cycles that enable poor eating.

Training & Qualifications


I've spent more than 10 years researching the healthiest foods, the healthiest ways to combine food, and how to heal the body with food. I love sharing my knowledge with others to help them achieve better health (which also results in weight loss when needed). Hope to visit with you soon.
