Quick and easy At-Home exercise
I will tell you how to do a quick and easy at home exercise to help improve balance, strengthen your leg and core muscles, strengthen your inner ear, and make you more aware of your surroundings by helping you learn to focus without relying entirely on your sight. It is balance based exercise that can be done in any amount of time from 5 minutes to several hours depending on how much muscle training you want to commit to, or if you're just doing the exercise for fun to test your balance.
There are several levels to the exercise, up to 5, which is the hardest level. If you want just the basic exercise, it is 1 unit, if you want that and level 2, it is 2 units. All the way up to level 5. You can get 1 unit from my to test it out, and then if you're curious about going past that, you can get another unit later, and I will help you built up from there as you feel comfortable.
The exercise needs only about a 6X6 space cleared out, or a space with a counter or bar in case you start to topple or wobble over. It is quick, easy, and can be done almost anywhere! Message me if you're interested in more information.

Former balance class assistant at a parkour gym, but never invested enough to become a full teacher. Instead, soaked up a bunch of learning of easy, fun, versatile exercises to teach others and help people feel healthy and balanced in life.
