What are super foods? I am not just talking about Vegetables and eating right. I am talking about foods that actually have medicinal qualities that affect you with there extreme Nutrition content. Most people have never heard of superfoods or have any clue why they would want to add them to their diet.
I will give you the run down on how you can start to introduce nutrition into your life. Smoothies, adding some flare to your soups, salads. By being aware of some superfoods it could help you with Allergies, Energy ( with out the use of caffeine ), Libido, Hormonal Balance, Pain Management - to name a few. I have even made a drink that I believe helps your concentration, and lifts you out of brain fog, so you can focus on the task at hand and be fully engaged in meaningful conversation.

I have got a B.S. in Physiology and Health and I am currently taking a Nutritional Certification. I have been utilizing super foods for about 10 years. I love helping people and believe that Nutrition is the key to Wellness.
