Our journey begins with a sample session over Zoom or by phone. In this session, I'll address your queries and briefly outline coaching while distinguishing it from mentoring, therapy, or consulting (which involve direct advice). My coaching approach assumes everyone is naturally creative, resourceful, and complete—no fixing required. Throughout our engagement, you'll gain fresh perspectives and lead the way, unearthing the inherent wisdom within you.
Training & Qualifications
I am a professionally trained life coach via The Co-Active Institute (https://coactive.com/) and a certified Inpowered Coach (https://www.inpoweredcoachinginstitute.com/). My education from these renowned organizations, among the oldest in international coach training, spans the past year.
As a licensed occupational therapist, I specialize in empowering neurodiverse individuals to shape their own lives. This background enhances my recognition of each person's distinct talents in a sometimes inflexible world
