I will provide you with 6 weeks of at home workouts (3x/week) plus a full menu of foods to eat during that 6 weeks. There will be weekly check ins via FB for accountability. All routines/meals can be adjusted to better fit your lifestyle/limitations.
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified personal trainer, an active aging specialist and a certified powerlifting coach.
Availability & Preferences
I am available most evenings and weekends.
