With your permission, I connect to your energy field. I begin by examining your aura to see what colors present and the overall brightness or vitality of your field. This is the invisible or subtle energy field that surrounds each person. I then clear as much of the debris if present. When completed with that section, I move my attention to the physical body.
I begin at the head and go down the length of the body paying particular attention to the chakras or energy centers that follow the endocrine system. One does not have to have any knowledge of these areas. I evaluate these chakras or energy centers to see how fast or slow they are moving. At times, they will respond to clearing techniques, sometimes they do not wish to be cleared because there is knowledge you need to work with and process consciously. I continue this activity all the way to the toes and then repeat the procedure on the back side of the body. You specify how you would like to receive the results when you schedule your appointment.
Training & Qualifications
I have been a Reiki Master Teacher and active practitioner since 2014. Most of my training was done at Peace Place in Sedona, AZ. I am trained in Usui Natural Healing, Usui/Holy Fire, Holy Fire Karuna Reiki as well as Seichem (Goddess energy). The training matters much less than the countless hours of working on people from all age groups and with a variety of imbalances to help bring back into homeostasis.
I am also a Spiritual Healer and work everyday to keep my field and connection as clear as possible. I am also well-practiced on doing sessions via distance and am able to connect with no problems. I give everyone feedback on the condition of their aura, any imbalances I sense and what areas are functioning well.

I'm pretty flexible so just ask. I am on Eastern time and usually earlier is better.
