Training & Qualifications
People have always been my passion, whether in my former « life » as a human resources specialist, during my time as an enthusiastic globe-trotter, or now, as a licensed massage therapist in my beloved adopted home of Montréal.
After being introduced to natural therapy methods during a sabbatical in Australia, I found a way to channel my deep curiosity about what it means to be human by exploring holistic practices such as yoga and, of course, the restorative powers of massage.
Originally from France, my path has led me to Montréal, where I graduated from massage therapy school in 2013 and have since had the chance to refine my technique in some of the province’s best spas and specialized clinics.
