A 30 minute private session of empty hand, weapons, or Filipino martial arts training, either fitness oriented or self defense focused. I will provide all needed gear, and we can meet at a park near you.
Training & Qualifications
Ni Dan (2nd degree black belt) in Chinese Kenpo, Il Gup preparing for 1st degree in Tang soo do, cross training in a variety of Filipino martial arts
