Weight loss - Pep talk and advice
After losing more than 100lbs. of weight, and keeping it off, I feel that I'm in a unique position to offer advice and maybe even a little mental push to those who wish to start losing weight, or perhaps motivate those who are currently losing, to continue their weight loss journey.
Training & Qualifications
I am a man who has been overweight all his life, except for the last two years. Unlike well-meaning (and well paid) nutritionists, or personal trainers who tell you what you should eat or do to lose weight, I believe I'm in a uniquely qualified position to guide you.
Because I was actually overweight, and overcame that hurtle.
