How long has it been since you spent time with yourself? I mean really put the time away to be with you, on a deep level. If you have been feeling stressed or just uneasy about life it could be that your subconscious mind wants or needs your attention. Take this time to check in with yourself, reset and refresh.
Yoga Nidra, which is a sleep based meditation that requires very limited movement in the very beginning of the session and then a guided practice in stillness takes you into a state of being which allows your body to heal and release stress. This time also offers the opportunity to focus on an intention for something you want to bring into your life. Do you seek a better relationship with someone? Would you like to be treated better at work? Are you ready to start saving for a vacation or a new car? Our clients have had lots of success in realizing their desires made manifest after just a few sessions and report relief of insomnia, anxiety, pain, fatigue and addictions after just one session.
You get to choose your intention for the session and I'll customize the script, techniques and intention for you. We record the session so that you get an audio file that you can can download to your computer, tablet or cell phone and use over and over again for the rest of your life and can even share it with others. Are you ready to do the work to manifest that which you desire in your life?
Expect to spend about an hour uncovering what your intention for the session will be (20 mins) and the length of the session (usually 40 mins).
Training & Qualifications
I have studied under Kamini Desai at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe AZ. Kamini's father is Amrit Desai, he is one of the first (and one of the few alive today) teachers who have brought yoga to the West.
