I'm a great listener with a positive outlook on life. Sometimes you just need someone to listen to you talk and maybe not say anything back or offer an outsiders advice. Talking about what stresses you out or the things you feel that you can't say to your family (spouse, parents, friends, coworkers etc) can be just the thing you need to get through another day. :)
