I am a personal trainer that focuses on creating functional, pain free human beings. I work with clients who have been in car accidents, who have genetic disease, to people with fused spines, to obesi...ty clients. All of which have seen great results. They end up doing the opposite and end up injuring themselves. My job is to do the opposite of that, and help people become efficient, pain free, badass human beings. Don't hesitate to message me.
