I want to be your gym buddy. Im overweight, but I've got a lot of knowledge about weight loss, coupled with a pretty severe social anxiety issue.
What does this mean? It means I know what I need to do to lose weight, but that I'm afraid to do it alone.
I would love a friend to go to the gym with, and I am hoping to find someone who wants the same thing. We can encourage and educate each other and work on our goals together.
Training & Qualifications
Self educated in weight loss. I understand calorie intake vs output. I understand how to combine dieting and excercise in a healthy way.
Availability & Preferences
After 2pm central, and any time Sat/Sun
