I am a fitness and wellness enthusiast. I successfully lost 40 pounds 7 years ago and have maintained it so far. I love to help others meet their fitness goals and support them through the maintenance phase. I can offer a comprehensive approach to weight loss through exercise, healthy eating, and mindfulness. I am also willing to provide regular encouragement and support when needed in between your workouts in addition to going grocery shopping with you to help you make better nutritional choices.
I am available on evenings and weekends for virtual or local 30- min workouts.

One-on-one sessions that will focus first on proper form and then increasing intensity. Monthly assessments to ensure you are on track to meet each milestone. Regular check-ins to see how you are progressing each week.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with seven years of nutrition and fitness experience, particularly weight and resistance training, high intensity interval training, and meal planning.
