Heard conflicting diet information and not sure who to believe? I can help you get started in eating an optimal diet and living a holistically healthy lifestyle. We can take a look at what you are eating now and figure out the best starting point for you, taking baby steps towards a more vibrant life.
Health and wellness is not just physical, our interaction with the larger external world and the world within our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs are an equally essential contributing factor to well-being which also must be examined. There are specific methods of self observation which can be learned in order to release old patterns and emotions which no longer serve us. Sometimes just having an outside view can also help us see where we are getting stuck. The goal is not to rely on willpower to change, but to find our way back to our true self which already knows the way.
Training & Qualifications
After passionate self study to turn around my own health and life, I've completed the Food as Medicine for Women's Health professional training with The Center for Mind Body Medicine as well as a course in Food as Medicine with Monash University and continue to learn week by week. I've also been a general personal growth junkie for the better part of a decade :)
