Ambitious and Efficient. IT work is not a job for me, it has always been enjoyable. I love what I do. I am excellent in troubleshooting technology issues on a daily basis related to Software, Networking, Infrastructure, Viruses, A/V, and Wireless, just to name a few. When I'm not doing the work myself, I've managed and supported hundreds of technicians out in the field. I'm always looking for better opportunities that await me, either as a provider, or a member of an organization.

I've worked in the past and present for companies including NASA (Johnson Space Center), repairing simulator displays, Microsoft, and many other companies.
