I've been studying health for many years as I ended up diabetic and didn't want to follow pharma way of dealing with it.
I'm a Biohacker and have done cold showers, fasting, raw food detox, detox holidays.
currently doing Low-carb/Keto and intermittent fasting.
I go to the gym 4-5 times a week.
A session lasts 30-60mins
