I wont say I know everything but I know how to stay safe. I can teach you how to read labels and find resources to help.
I can help you navigating eating out and the grocery mart. Eating out can be absolutely terrifying especially if you have gotten glutened after eating out and spend weeks recovering.
I've made cross contamination as close to a non factor as possible in a dual eating home. We have separate pans, and a toaster oven as an example.
Training & Qualifications
I have been gluten free 9 years. I also have a culinary diploma and years of restaurant experience. I am always on the hunt for the best taste and texture pastas, breads and pastries. I can tell you what brands I buy and what you might like based on your preferences. I also cannot eat seafood or citrus fruit so I avoid those in the products that I choose as well.
