30-minute Personal Body Toning

I will provide a custom 30-minute session of Personal Body Toning--personal fitness training that draws on techniques from Pilates, Ballet, Alexander Technique and bodyweight training. This workout is performed on a mat, and can be done at home, even in small spaces. Results with repeated practice include better muscle tone, flexibility, balance, and range of motion. Service can be provided in person or by Skype.
Training & Qualifications
An experienced Body Toning trainer and ballet teacher.
Availability & Preferences
Tuesday - Friday, mornings and some weekends.
