Can provide a vinyasa (breathing oriented) yoga session. I am very patient and kind. Especially with beginners! Friendly, no pressure class! No expectations. I understand everyone has their physical limits. I have no intention of pushing you. You only do what feels comfortable for you and your body. Yoga is about mind, body, and reflection.
Training & Qualifications
I have been practicing for two years.
Availability & Preferences
Evenings 8pm to 9pm, and weekends.
