I can show you a way to ground your energy in a very effective manner taught to me by my teacher/high priestess and friend. Give you a schedule to practice this grounding technique, and once learned you will notice your life become more organized.

A practicing pagan since 2000, and trained with this technique multiple times a day for 1 1/2 years to achieve maximum effectiveness.
