I'm an avid creator and professional safety advocate. I've run businesses, started companies, written novels, and freelance consulted for other companies when they needed help. I'm, at my core, a helper. I believe in people, and the collective ability of like-minds to achieve great things. I'm a husband, a father, a mentor, and a protector at my day job. My free-time is very limited, unfortunately, or more of my creative efforts would see the light of day. I tried pursuing just art and creation at one period, but I had to put that aside to pursue the duty of caring for my family's best-interests. My personal fulfillment can wait.

I graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina in Asheville, NC with a BA in Literature and Language - concentration in writing, and I currently work as a safety inspector for heavy construction equipment. My day job protects the lives of hundreds of employees in the 3rd most dangerous business segment in the United States, and I love what I do. This is where I need Simi's help. I work about 12 hours a day between travel, reporting, and paperwork, and I can't stay ahead of my production schedule for the podcasts I run, the website maintenance and updates, design and feature implementation - not to mention being a good father and husband at the same time. I'm also a strong advocate for mental health and gender equality/identity issues.

At the end of the day, everyone bleeds red. Intentions matter more than ideology, and profit is not all it's cracked up to be.
