I'm looking for the right instructor/coach for helping my daughter. Are you qualified to teach any of these?

I'm looking for someone reliable that can be consistent and offer weekly 30 minute lessons.

Ideally, this person would be interested in trading for martial arts or self defense training. I provide coaching on safety related planning, too.

To start I am hoping to pay 30 simbi a session with the intent to switch to trading services. Please let me know

About Carrie Conrad

I'm a small business owner and parent to a child with special needs and unique challenges. My passion and profession is safety and self defense training. I especially enjoy taking high level training... and translating it for mothers and children. Helping and empowering others is what does it for me. I love to do that through providing martial arts training. But after learning the benefits and limitations of using martial arts in real life self defense situations I began a journey seeking solutions that turned into a career and adding self defense training. I specialize in unique, reality based training, including nonviolent solutions, training approrpiate for persons who have experienced trauma and/or domestic violence, training for families living with violence due to mental health issues, and KeySlinger Self Defense Training. I am active and rarely sit still. I love hiking, visiting the library, bird watching, appreciating nature, enjoying great friends, hanging out at Starbucks, researching our endless curiosities. I have a pretty impeccable diet - not because we necessarily want to but because we have ridiculous food allergies. I am gluten, corn and soy free (not just a little bit but COMPLETELY). All of my soaps, beauty products, and other needs are pretty natural - because of more allergies and sensitivities. I reach towards minimalism and focus on relationships and experiences. I LOVE sharing information that took me hours and hours of researching and trial and error to attain and perfect. Please feel free to ask me about cooking and recipes and/or food and additives; ADHD, ODD and SPD; making toothpaste and/or finding alternate, natural remedies for OTC items; living with active alcoholism; marketing - over the phone, door to door/ business to business, or events. I am by no means an expert in the topics above; however, I have experience and years of obsessive reading and learning.
