I've been trained and certified as a registered nurse assistant and have assisted in and out of hospitals as a birth coach. My goal is to assist women from the stages of pregnancy giving advise and coaching along with the midwife or doctors advice. I help women advocate for their desired birth experience aswell as their desired pregnancy experience. I teach women tools to use to cope with the changes their body will face through this beautiful part of life. It's my goal to help women achieve what ever experience they are looking for and support not only the mother to be but the father aswell.
