I will text you or email you or message you through Simbi (your choice - US only for text messages) to check in with your self care progress, and offer additional small suggestions you can make to further care for yourself so you can continue the work you do to make the world a better place. Each session consists of a two-week window during which I will check in with you on a timetable to be agreed upon by both parties (daily, thrice weekly, etc)
Training & Qualifications
I am great at being a gentle reminder, or at being a no-crap-taken alarm to remind you do the things you promised yourself you’d do for your own well being.
I’m a great nag, but in a nice sassy way.
I also have a B.S in Psycholgy from NYIT, and post graduate work done through California Coast University.
Availability & Preferences
