I believe that our body has all the answers, we just need to listen.
So during my coaching sessions, we focus on the BODY, meaning that we will not be intellectualizing but we will be getting in touch with your body and receiving the answers directly from it (=searching for your deepest truth) π
During the session, I will be inviting you to close your eyes, breathe and move your body a bit.
So if u are interested in connecting with your body and getting more clarity on a particular issue or releasing a limiting belief, just shoot me a message then :)
