Are you pregnant and thinking about breastfeed, but not sure how to fit it into your life? Are you currently breastfeeding, but it's not going according to plan? Let me help you. Together we can make an individualized plan to help you meet your personal breastfeeding goals. I can do this over email, or if we are in the same time zone, we can consult over the phone.
In the first email, describe your situation. I'll ask some clarifying questions and formulate an assessment based on your responses. Then I'll email you your individual breastfeeding plan, with concrete and specific steps to take to meet your goals.
Training & Qualifications
I am a Texas Breastfeeding Educator and have been a Peer Counselor with the WIC program for the last four years. During that time I have counseled thousands of moms, helping them to meet their personal breastfeeding goals.
