I will help you decide if a house, co-op or condo are best purchase for you. Help you prepare a financial picture to be a ready buyer. If you are purchasing a co-op there is additional financial prep work for you to know about before you make an offer. A separate session is needed to go over how to execute a strong co-op board application (max 1 hour ).
If you are selling a house, co-op or condo, I will help you with tips on how to prepare your home for showings and max sale price. Help you decide what are good qualities to look for in a real estate agent, and help you understand how to select the best offer or negotiate the offers.
There are certain things attorneys do not mention (since they all work differently). I will give you an outline on questions to ask your attorney.
Training & Qualifications
I am a NYS licensed real estate sales person specializing in Co-op purchases and sales but also sell condos and houses.
Currently working for a Manhattan based firm. Member of REBNY (real estate board of NY), OLR and MLSLI databases.
Advice would apply primarily to NY state properties BUT general advice can be given for preparing financially to purchase in any state (Simbi price can be negotiated if out of NYS).
Prior to becoming licensed I used to flip houses with my best friend, which developed the passion for helping people buy/sell their homes.
Availability & Preferences
I am usually flexible Thursdays through Mondays. Not available Tuesdays or Wednesdays for sessions but we can talk those two days to schedule a session for the days I am available.
