Develop a workout plan customized for you. Weights are optional, and can develop a workout routine if you desire to visit a gym. If not, I can strengthen your core, glutes, etc. using your own weight against yourself!
Training & Qualifications
A Certified Fitness Instructor, certifies by YMCA. It is CANFITPRO-compliant.
Availability & Preferences
Weekends and evenings are best, but I do have time during the day on weekdays.
