For those of you that have loved ones that struggle with PTSD, it can often times be difficult to understand, even for people that live with it it can be confusing. I can share first hand from my own experience what it's like to live with PTSD, things that have helped, things that made it worse. I can explain in simple scenarios what its like to live with PTSD. Im hoping to help people who struggle or who's loved ones struggle with PTSD.
