I am inspired by nature's awesome beauty, the simple life of rocks and shells, the way mushroom spores travel, the mycelium beneath our feet, the essence of the soul. I believe human beings are creative, every last one of us manifests his or her own reality. We are all creating our own stories, writing our own songs. Life is not perfect and it was never meant to be. I write poetry, lyrics and play the guitar. I love to sing with jam bands and cherish the feeling of that sweet spot in a jam when everyone starts to float. I believe music vibration transcends time and space. I am so grateful to be blessed with the gift of so many talented and spiritual musicians in my life. There are not sufficient words available in written language to truly capture the feeling when all the musical pieces fit together. You begin to rise out of your skin and feel the sound waves under your feet instead of the floor, freed in that moment from the trials of earthly living and the stubborn bodies we were born with.
I am also a gardener, interested in spreading information about sustainable gardening and homesteading. I believe in composting and sustainable, simple living. My new learning obsession is fermented foods. I am extremely passionate about wellness, yogic lifestyle, Ayurveda, eating whole foods, honey bees, listening to your body and reducing stress!

Tend the flower that feeds you. Rake the leaves that please you. Run with the wind that believes in you. Let the trees bring you to your knees and sing the song of your soul.
