I will ask you many questions about what your current needs and challenges may be in terms of your path towards stronger vitality and health. In one hour we can identify at least one skill, practice or resource you can access to best support your body, mind and spirit in your journey towards improved health and vitality.
We'll talk about what's currently working for you and what isn't as you become more committed to yourself and your wellness. We'll then look at some lifestyle changes that fit with who you are becoming, and follow up if you choose to go further with more than one session. You'll come away knowing you are a miracle and you have the potential to be living in "the thrive state" of health.
Training & Qualifications
I am a registered Integrative Health Coach with additional training in the 8 Points of Intrinsic Health (Dr. Zach Bush MD's work) and Compassionate Inquiry (a trauma-informed therapeutic/counselling approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté MD).
Availability & Preferences
