I am a massage therapist and a small business owner living and working in the Seattle, WA area. My work is a delight to me - I am passionate about supporting healing and well-being for my clients, and continually in awe of the uniqueness and profound wisdom of each body I have the opportunity to work with. I am grateful to each of my clients! I am also so glad I am able to own and run my own practice. I love working for myself because it gives me the opportunity to offer healing work in ways that align with my values.

I am also a dancer and a mover, and this informs my approach to bodies and bodywork. When I am not working, I am often dancing, connecting with friend or spending time with the trees and the plants.
