And in order to to sense, first we must come to our stillness, a quiet space where we can sense, where we learn to listen to our skeletal complex, and then move from the foundation, with integrity, awareness and curiosity.
We will explore our joints, the role they play in creating connections, coordinating healthy movements, and stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system. Healthy lubricated joints determine the longevity and the functionality of our bones.
This session is wonderful for pain management, relaxation and increasing awareness of our body. It is helpful to people with arthritis, lower back pain, sciatica, stiff necks and tight shoulders, recovering from surgery, injury, or just generally compressed and stressed out by life.
