Piano lesson (1 hour)..its all about you--tailored to your goals and interests.
I can teach you to learn songs by ear, improvise, sight read, jam, compose, play blues, jazz, rock, pop, classical, folk, how to arrange in different styles, technique, posture, streching, music theory, all kinds of stuff!
Training & Qualifications
BM (bachelor of music) emphasis in Jazz Composition from University of Oregon
Arthur Hicks Piano Scholarship awarded at Western Washington University for my student audition
Work experience:
Orchestra/showband musician for celebrity and carnival cruise lines
International tours for various bands
Appears on numerous sound recordings, LPs, studio recording projects
Experienced teacher:
Various art camps, community group classes, volunteer work, private studio, many music schools and public studios.
Have taught 100s of happy students, all age groups, all skill levels
I basically break it down, whatever it is, until anyone can achieve playing anything...I will work with you until you get it!
