short mental health check-in
I had depression once and deal with some anxiety every now and then. I have taken training on how to support people and push them to get mental health resources. I am not a counsellor, psychologist or anything like that, but a 3rd party who may be able to give you some insight or bounce an idea or two off of, or just a quick chat to someone who doesn't know you and won't judge you. I have been told that I listen well, and give good advice. I'd love to help if I can.
