I've been doing bodywork since i was a kid. And have been lucky enough to trade with and learn from multiple housemates who were well known certified massage teachers in different parts of the country.
Touch helps us rest and activates your parasympathetic nervous system. It helps us de-stress, produces oxytocin and shifts our neurotransmitter cascades in a healthy relaxing direction. This improves cognition later in the day, reduces tension & anxiety, generates feelings of well being. It may help relieve anxiety or headaches. It's also just plain fun & enjoyable.
I'm happy to focus on particular areas if you have been feeling particularly tight somewhere. Deeper work may help break up the fascia that hold your muscles in tense positions maladaptively.
Take some time for yourself and get away from your hectic life. It's a little mini vacation for free.

Training & Qualifications
I have over 1800 hours of table time giving intuitive bodywork. I've got an adjustable table with face cradle, oil, salves, music, a shower & off street parking. I'm tall with big strong hands. I have a separate listing for outcalls if you want me to come to you.
