Custom 5k/10k+ runner training plan

Provide a custom beginner 5k, 10k, half marathon, or marathon training plan for newbies to running. You tell me the date and distance of your race, your current running level (how long you can run for right now), and the number of days per week you can commit to workouts... and I will provide you with an easy-to-follow, training plan to get from novice to the finish line. I use a run/walk interval approach, so you need only be able to jog for 30-seconds at a time at the beginning! I recommend total novice runners leave at least 8 weeks, preferably 12 weeks, from couch to 5k finish, and you can work up to longer distances from there. You will receive a PDF and the original excel worksheet so you can tweak the training plan for your needs, if you like.
Training & Qualifications
I am an experienced distance runner with many 5k and 10k finishes, as well as 6 half marathons, 1 full marathon, and 5 triathlon finishes. I came to running in my 20's, and I am also a slow runner even at my best (10:00 minute mile pace). I also struggle with my weight--so I know what it is to be a beginner! I have created and followed my own custom training plans and provided them to friends at beginner-to-intermediate running levels.
