Learn the basics of how to use your sewing machine and get sewing! This is really good for anyone who has a new sewing machine and/or sewing project and you're finally ready to start using it and make something!
-Learn how to read a pattern and cut pattern pieces
-Figure out a project that's good for your skill level
-Learn how to properly use your sewing machine
-Ask specific questions about your sewing project
-Troubleshoot sewing machine or garment construction issues
Come with all your sewing questions and sewing issues ready! I'll walk you through it and make learning to sew as easy and painless as possible.
Training & Qualifications
I've been sewing for 6 years even since my husband bought me a sewing machine randomly. I'm self-taught with some help from my mother, library books, and tons of YouTube. I spend most of my time making things that my family needs like curtains, Halloween costumes, maternity clothes, children's clothing, etc.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free at night after 8:00 pm and weekends.
