Personalized nutrition advice.

I've got a firm grasp on nutrition, treating specific ailments with practical dietary changes, and I'm a big fan of making food taste good. If you don't care for losing weight, for example, and find it difficult to motivate yourself to eat food that isn't amazingly delicious for you--not uncommon as a problem for many people--I'm happy to provide advice on how and what to cook that still provides you with the nutritional profile that you need, even if it comes with some extra fat and sugar. I am a firm believer in the principle of "it's better to eat something than to eat nothing at all," and my advice balances fun and nutrition with that in mind. I'm a disabled individual myself, and familiar with what cooking methods are accessible under what limitations, and more geared towards accommodating people who struggle to take care of themselves than people who are seeking some extra polish.
Training & Qualifications
I am disabled individual who is legally unable to hold a conventional job, and to make the most of this I have spent the past decade tirelessly researching anything I can get my hands on and applying various philosophies and practical methods to my life in the name of testing anything that might enrich or improve it. I have amassed a wealth of knowledge, many skills, and a down-to-earth practicality that have served me well, and I am happy to share them.
