Trying to figure out what is helping you lose weight?
I created this to help analyze my own weight loss after I started plateauing, and it has helped me to target what to do/not to do, leading to a consistent, maintainable weight loss.
I've received some thumbs up on WW for it, so I figured I would offer it here. : )
It uses a few tables to track daily points, weekly points, activity/fit points, days in blue zone (for Weight Watchers), weight, and measurements for the graphs, one of which is stacked (seen in the main pic). Also has a table for distance, speed, incline for exercise equipment, and challenges/programs you may incorporate into your routine.
If you aren't on WW, you can replace the daily/weekly/fit points columns with calories, protein, carbs, fats or anything else you would like to track.
The file's data will be empty when you receive it...just fill in your information to populate the graphs.
The tables can be extended to use past the current date shown.
(If you are adept in Excel, you can create something like this for yourself as well. : )
Training & Qualifications
I am a data analyst by trade (18 years), and have vast experience with creating forms, reports, programming and data crunching. I have also done a few years of administrative work during and post college, creating reports, memorandums, real estate sales flyers, and much, much more.
I have utilized this knowledge to create my own customized documents, and would love to share them with fellow simbiers. : )
