I will make recommendations for the best ways to fix the issue, and if the issue is software related I may be able to perform a quick repair on the spot! Don't sit around working with a frustratingly slow machine when a quick fix might be just around the corner! Your time is valuable, and a slow computer can be a huge drain on your day to day life.
