Did you know that Indiana Jones (movie character), Frank Sinatra (singer), and Walter White (Breaking Bad tv character) wear completely different styles of hat? I can help you learn the name of the hats and how to tell them apart.
Perhaps you want to dabble in millinery or hatmakery. It's not as scary as it seems, if you already know the basics of sewing. I can chat with you about fabric choices or other questions you may have.
I can also help knitters learn different styles of knit hat. Mastered the knit cap/beanie and want to try something different?
Training & Qualifications
I have a strong interest in hats. I've been learning about them for years as a hobby.
I have sewn a miniature flat cap for a doll and knit several hats of various styles.
