Hey all!! A year ago I jacked in my career as an Events Manager and left the London rat race behind in exchange for the peace and tranquillity of Nicaragua's most magical volcanic island. Making a ...vow to myself to follow my heart, I was lead to a jungle ashram where I spent the next 2 months training to become a yoga and meditation teacher (the best decision I ever made). Whilst the rest of the world was going Covid crazy, I was in ashram isolation, experimenting with a number of Vedic yogic practices. Today, my wish is to share my learnings with others because I truly believe in their value. show more
