Frugal meal planning help
I will visit with you 15-20 minutes and help you develop a 2 week meal plan rotation that is cost-effective (mostly from scratch), simple, seasonal, and relatively healthy.
This meal plan might be good enough that you'll want to repeat it all season long with a few variations and substitutions!
You tell me what things you already know how to cook, and we will make our plan using those recipes plus a few new ideas or variations that won't be hard to learn.
I don't eat vegetarian or gluten-free but I'm familiar enough with those diets that I might be able to help you. If you have any special diet you want help with, just ask!
