I'm an Oakland-based human who's passionate about personal growth and the health and wellness of people and the planet. I have spent most of my career using my skills as a writer and people manager to shape ideas and build teams at various companies. I love supporting people's growth and awareness, and I've spent a good deal of time in personal explorations of my own. Recently, I've training in somatic coaching, which is a method of tapping into the body's wisdom to build alignment in our life and purpose and unblock the obstacles to achieving a fuller expression and potential in our lives.

In my spare time, I like to read literary novels, play with and explore with my son, and enjoy basketball, travel, food, music, art, hanging out with my neighbors and friends and wandering through forests.
